BPC 157 V 5000 mcg
BPC 157 is a synthetic peptide derived from a protective protein found in gastric juice. It is widely researched for its role in tissue repair injury recovery and systemic healing support. BPC 157 is commonly used in performance and recovery focused environments to support tendon ligament muscle and gastrointestinal health.
It is valued for its broad regenerative properties rather than direct anabolic effects.
Properties and Effects
- Supports tendon ligament and soft tissue repair
- Promotes muscle recovery and injury healing
- Supports gut and digestive system integrity
- Enhances blood vessel formation and circulation support
- Does not affect hormonal or endocrine pathways
Chemical Structure Model
Mechanism of Action
BPC 157 interacts with growth and repair signalling pathways involved in angiogenesis collagen synthesis and cellular regeneration. It supports the formation of new blood vessels and improves nutrient delivery to damaged tissues. Its action is systemic which allows it to support healing in multiple tissue types simultaneously without altering hormone levels.
Recommended Use
BPC 157 is typically used during injury recovery rehabilitation or periods of high physical stress. It may be applied independently or alongside other recovery focused compounds. Consistent use combined with appropriate rest physiotherapy and nutrition improves outcomes. Proper reconstitution and sterile handling are essential.
Safety and Side Effects
BPC 157 is generally well tolerated in research settings. Reported side effects are uncommon but may include mild injection site irritation or temporary fatigue. It does not suppress natural testosterone and does not aromatise. Long term human data is limited. Individuals with existing medical conditions should use caution. Not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
Special Notes
BPC 157 is not a steroid hormone SERM or growth hormone. Its primary role is tissue repair and recovery support. Results depend on injury severity usage consistency and overall recovery practices. Store reconstituted product according to recommended guidelines to maintain stability.
Recommended dosage
- 250 to 500 mcg per day
- May be split into two doses of 125 to 250 mcg
Timing of doses
- Take once daily or split into morning and evening doses
- Can be taken consistently at the same times each day
Practical guidance
BPC 157 is typically used daily during injury recovery or periods of high physical stress. Consistency is more important than timing. Use alongside adequate rest hydration and recovery practices. Many users start at the lower end of the range and adjust based on response.
Estimated Degradation
Model classification
Moderate stability, possibly moderate to relatively stable.
Evidence strength
Weak for actual post reconstitution vial stability, moderate for general peptide stability reasoning.
Assumption used
Reconstituted with bacteriostatic water and stored refrigerated at 2 to 8 degrees Celsius, protected from light, minimal agitation.

Using Peptide Injectable Vials

STEP 1:VERIFY VIAL INTEGRITY
Inspect both the peptide vial and the bacteriostatic water vial carefully. Check that the caps and seals are intact and have not been tampered with. The contents should appear clear, with no visible particles, cloudiness, or contamination before proceeding.

IMPORTANTINSPECT THE LID
Check both the peptide vial and the bacteriostatic water vial. Locate the small arrows stamped into the gold seal, which indicate the correct opening point. The seal should be opened from the side the arrows point to for proper removal.

STEP 2:LIFT PROTECTIVE CAPS
Gently lift the clear plastic protective cap from the top of the vial. This exposes the gold aluminium safety seal underneath. Take care not to bend or damage the metal seal while removing the plastic cap.

STEP 3:BREAK OFF SAFETY TABS
While lifting the plastic cap from the side indicated by the arrows, gently wiggle it left and right until the small metal tear tab snaps. This opens the seal correctly and exposes the rubber stopper without removing the entire aluminium ring.

IMPORTANTMETAL SEAL REMOVED
The gold metal seal should be lifted from the side indicated by the arrows, leaving the rubber stopper clearly visible. The opening should appear clean and unobstructed, with the metal seal removed evenly and without bending into the centre of the vial.

STEP 4:ADD BACTERIOSTATIC WATER
Insert the syringe needle into the bacteriostatic water vial and draw the required amount of liquid. Slowly inject the water into the peptide vial, allowing the liquid to run down the inner wall of the vial to help protect the peptide.

STEP 5:DISSOLVE THE PEPTIDE
Gently roll or spin the vial between your fingers until the peptide is completely dissolved. Do not shake the vial, as vigorous shaking may damage the peptide structure and reduce its stability.

STEP 6:MEASURE REQUIRED DOSE
Insert the syringe into the vial and draw the required dose through the rubber stopper. Store the mixed solution in a refrigerator and use it within 30 days after mixing.
